out. In our profession there are two types of salons, the franchise
chain salons and the independent salons, like us. As an independent
salon we come along side you to help you build a clientele. We
recognize that we are a service industry and it is important to know
how to service and pamper our clients. We don’t make money unless you

Franchise salons focus on selling retail instead of service. They
don’t want you to build a clientele for fear that you’ll leave for
another salon like us. So when you have clients ask for you, they
transfer you or change your hours. Our employees are family to us,
therefore we focus on great working conditions and helping you build
your clientele. We work together as a team, helping one another to
always be on the cutting edge. We provide in-salon classes, one on one
training, and we take advantage of any educational classes needed.
The propitiators, Frank and Ana Mercado have almost a decade of
business experience. Ana has been a stylist for over 20 years and has a
passion to bring beauty to others. She inspires her staff to do the
same. She believes that clients are loyal because we care and pamper
